For experienced experts who know something is off and cannot see where.
People respect what you do, and your best clients say they'd hire you again in a heartbeat.
And still, the number isn't where it should be.
You had a strong quarter last year and haven't repeated it. A prospect you were sure would sign said "let me think about it" and never came back. Referrals used to fill the calendar and now they trickle. You raised your price six months ago and revenue is flat. You launched a new offer and it landed with a thud.
You've replayed every one of these. You can't quite name what changed.
Right now you're about to spend money on whatever you think is broken: a new website, an ads person, a copywriter, another course. After the Reveal you know which of those you actually need, and usually it's none of them. That alone often saves more than the Reveal costs.
Right now you're working on three things at once and none of them moves the number. After the Reveal you know what to change first, and it's small enough to do this week. The proposal goes out with a date on it. The ask moves to the end of the call. Your warm list hears from you for the first time in a year.
Most leaks sit right next to money you can already reach: the prospect who said she'd think about it, the client who'd happily refer you if you asked, the list that never hears an offer. Those people move first, before you need a single new lead. That's why the first results usually show up within the four weeks.
Right now every "let me think about it" goes round in your head for days. After the Reveal you know why it keeps happening and what to do about it, so a no is just a no.
01
Before the session.
You fill in an intake form, which takes roughly forty-five minutes. It asks about your offer, your pricing, how people find you, what your last four deals looked like and where they stalled, and where you think the leak is. You'll probably get that last one half right. I study it and your business before we meet.
02
The session.
Ninety minutes, live online. I walk through your whole sales process the way a buyer experiences it, starting with what someone sees before they even know your name. Then I follow the conversation: how it's structured, what you say when it's time to name the price, what happens after they say they need to think about it. And I look at what happens, or doesn't, three weeks after someone finishes working with you. I name what I find and I don't soften it. You get the recording afterwards.
03
The plan.
Within seventy-two hours a written plan lands in your inbox. Every leak, why it exists, the fix, and the order to do them in. It fits on one page, so you can put it on your desk on Monday morning and start.
04
The follow-up.
Four weeks later we meet once more to look at what moved, where you got stuck, and what comes next.
The four weeks don't move. If we postpone, so does your momentum. If you need longer than that to act, this isn't for you.
Experienced experts working alone or with a small team. You've earned a living from your expertise, and lately the feeling that you should be doing better has been hard to shake. You look at your reputation and the results you deliver, and the revenue doesn't match.
You know what you sell and who buys it. If that isn't clear yet, start with the free Sales Behaviour Profile instead.
If the leak turns out to be bigger than one session and a plan can solve, I'll tell you. There's a way to work with me further if you want it, and a way to walk out and fix it on your own. Most people do the second.
Don't perform on the form. If your close rate is embarrassing, write the number down. If you haven't sent a follow-up in three weeks, say so. I can't find a leak you're hiding.
I'm direct. If you want validation, this is the wrong product. If you want to know what's actually going on, it's exactly the right one.
No. You pay for the Reveal and you get the Reveal. If the leak turns out bigger than a plan can solve, I'll say so at the follow-up call, once. Most people take the plan and fix it themselves.
Three months working with me one to one, closing the leaks the Reveal found. The Reveal is how it starts. If you already know you want that, say so in the form and we'll start there, with the Reveal included.
Then write it on the intake and we'll check. People are usually half right. They've found where it hurts, and the leak sits somewhere earlier in the trip. Either way, you'll know for sure after ninety minutes.
Access to what a prospect sees: your website, your socials, a recent proposal, and the emails you send after someone gets in touch. If I need anything else, I'll ask.
Then now isn't the right time. We book the follow-up during the session and it doesn't move, because the plan only works if you act on it within those four weeks.
Two minutes and one real question: why you think your business isn't where it should be yet. Your best guess is enough.
I read every answer myself and reply within one working day. If the Reveal is the right first step, you get the payment link and the intake form, and we book the session within the week. If it isn't, I'll tell you and point you to what is.
